FAQs

How do I place an order?

Simply contact us! We’ll respond to email, phone calls, or texts (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm). Just take a look at the menu to get an idea of what you’d like, and let us know if you have any requests for things you don’t see listed. After you submit the contact form, we’ll send an invoice so you can make sure everything looks right. (No payment is due until delivery.) If all is good, let us know and we’ll schedule your delivery.

Please note: Everything we make is baked to order. Please give at least 24 hours notice.

What kind of payment do you take?

We can take major credit cards (payment is done through the invoice) or cash, but we do not carry change.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! Contact us to discuss what you’re looking for. If it can be done, we’d be happy to. Pricing for custom orders/flavors will depend on ingredient cost/availability.

(Past custom orders have included angel food cake, German chocolate cake, butter pecan cake, blueberry crumb bars, cookie cakes, and specialty-flavored marshmallows, for example.)

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer free delivery for Pecan Grove, or we can meet you in the Randall’s parking lot (Plantation Dr and 359) or the HEB parking lot (Harlem and 99) for free. If meeting at Randall’s or HEB, please specify the time you’d like to meet on your order form.

We can deliver to the following zip codes for a $5.00 fee:
77406, 77407, 77469, 77471, 77478, 77479 , 77498.

How do you decide your prices?

Pricing of our goodies is determined by the ingredients and the time it takes to produce each item. We may adjust prices throughout the year based on seasonal ingredients.

Can I order a decorated cake or cookies?

Decorated cakes and cookies are amazing, but not where our skills lie. We’re happy to do rosettes and sprinkles, but decoration beyond that takes too much patience! Our baked goods are delicious, but rustic.

I am allergic to peanuts/tree nuts/gluten/etc; do you have options for me?

Definitely. We deal with some tricky food allergies ourselves, and can make just about anything on our menu allergy-friendly. That being said, we are not an allergen-free kitchen, so cross-contamination is always a risk, no matter how careful we are. Please contact us with your specific requests. (Please note - we will not make dairy-free buttercream or scones, because frankly they don’t taste good without real butter.)

Can you ship my order to me?

Unfortunately, as a cottage industry in Texas, we are not allowed to ship our baked goods, as we have to personally deliver them to our customers. We would be happy to arrange local delivery, or meet you at a public place.
